I’m now very jealous I was not at the Prom – I couldn’t get tickets – it sounds like you all had a great time. Welcome back Crumbly – don’t be put off by the song! I’m begining to think Fake Keith should form a Catherine Tate Appreciation Society!! Keep up the good work.
Hi Nathan!
I know exactly how you feel, we tried and failed to get tickets to the Children in Need Doctor Who concert in Cardiff a couple of years ago. We just got lucky with the Prom (well, a lot of persistence from Fake Keith – who we all haven’t thanked nearly enough (well, certainly I haven’t!)). It was an amazing event – I could hardly stop smiling for a couple of hours afterwards! Two of us went on to see The Dark Knight at the cinema later that afternoon – after the Prom (and rather exhausted) the film seemed very mediocre by comparison.
Yep, it’s good to have Andy back, not that we didn’t have a very good stand in (who we’ll hopefully have back soon as a guest). As for Fake Keith’s Catherine Tate Appreciation Society – count me in on that one! I’m very much on record as being rather dismayed at the prospect of her return in Season (Series?) Four. As I’ve said before, and this won’t be the last time either, I was so very wrong! Amazing, amazing performance. She deserves an award for her work, especially in Turn Left and Journeys End.
Anyway, thanks for listening and for another great response!
Just how long will Tony be away for? I miss him.
Tony’s doing a fine job over at the WhoCast (www.thewhocast.com). You can catch him there.
