Shame we had already recorded and edited – we could have been the first podcast to announce the big news about the new Doc 🙁
It will be all over the Internet by tomorrow evening, you can be sure someone will put a podcast together within minutes of the announcement! I don’t think we can hope to compete with one man shows or skype using podcasts – they can pull something together a lot quicker than the four of us can arrange a podcast! We’ll just have to remain the considered, intelligent podcast we are… Er, well remain whatever we are, anyway!

I’m very impressed with how quick you got that out (as it were).
A darker Doctor and series in general, you think? It is the Vast Toffee (MN) we are talking about, I suppose (with the emphasis on the MN – the Master of Nightmares!) Matt Smith was born between Timeflight and Arc of Infinity, did you say? My goodness, that was only a couple of years ago, wasn’t it?! First Doctor played by someone younger than me (at the time they took it on, that is. I think Tennant was about the age I am now, or will be this year, when he got the part…)
Just want to thank Real Keith for the biggest laugh I’ve had in ages – “Russell T Davies will still have a finger in Saraha Jane…” Genius!!
