Perhaps El Presidente has realised, however. Perhaps it was a very carefully chosen word designed to sicken subversive types and stop them interfering with his dastardly plans! We may never know. In the meantime you need not worry. I'm sure El Presidente would only ever mention Boris again if he has a major, and very humorous, gaff. What are the chances of that..?!
